The premises are not open to the public and operate exclusively online.
This website is governed by Portuguese law.
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.mazzaroti.com, as well as the purchase of products, rental of items and use of services provided by Mazzaroti Second Life.
By accessing or placing an order on the website, the User fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, design and structure, is the exclusive property of Mazzaroti Second Life or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

By browsing the website, the User agrees to the use of cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.
5. Viruses and Security

These Conditions apply exclusively to final consumers under Portuguese law.
All purchases are governed solely by these Terms and Conditions.
7. Delivery
In-stock items
Estimated delivery times (business days):
- Mainland Portugal: up to 3 days
- Madeira and Azores: 4 to 5 days
- Europe: 4 to 8 days
- Rest of the world: 6 to 10 days
Made-to-order items
Items sold by order require a preparation period of approximately 12 to 15 business days, in addition to the shipping time applicable to in-stock items.
Delivery times are indicative only and may be affected by third parties or force majeure.
8. Payment and Order Validation
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Multibanco Reference
- MB Way
Orders are only validated after payment confirmation.
9. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
Prices are valid only at the time the order is placed and paid.
10. Discounts, Promotions and Coupons
Discounts, promotions and coupons may be offered for specific products or periods and are subject to defined conditions.
Coupons are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable and must be used within their validity period.
Discounts do not apply to services, shipping, deposits or rentals unless expressly stated.
Mazzaroti Second Life reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
11. Warranties
New products
New products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty under Portuguese law, provided they remain unused and unaltered.
Second-hand products
Second-hand products are sold as described and do not benefit from any warranty.
12. Right of Withdrawal
The User has 14 consecutive days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be unused, intact and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the User, with a minimum fee of €15, deducted from the refund.
13. Exchanges
- If the exchange value is higher, the User must pay the difference;
- Exchanges for equal value incur no additional cost;
- Exchanges for lower-value products are not permitted;
- Complimentary items are non-refundable.
Consumer goods legislation applies.
14. Rentals
Rental items are subject to specific conditions, including defined rental periods, refundable security deposits, handling rules and limited coverage for minor damage.
The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition.

16. Liability
Mazzaroti Second Life shall not be liable for damages arising from internet use, technical failures or force majeure.

18. Mazzaroti Second Life Newsletter
Users may subscribe to the newsletter and unsubscribe at any time via their account or the unsubscribe link.
19. Evidence
Electronic records constitute valid proof of transactions and communications.
20. Data Retention and Archiving
Orders and invoices are stored on a secure and durable medium.
21. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Portuguese law shall apply.
The Court of Maia District shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
