Item Requirements

Items Accepted by Mazzaroti

Mazzaroti accepts exclusively items that comply with all of the following criteria:

1. Authenticity
Only 100% authentic items are accepted. Counterfeit items, replicas, or inspired products are strictly not accepted.

2. Brands
Only items from international brands, previously approved by Mazzaroti, are accepted.

3. Accepted Categories (Women’s Items Only)

• Bags
• Clothing
• Accessories (sunglasses, gloves, scarves, hats, belts, among others)
• Footwear
• Watches
• Jewellery

4. Condition Standards
Items must fall exclusively within one of the following condition categories:

• New with warranty
  Brand-new items that have never been purchased by the end customer and include all original accessories and retail tags.
• New with tags
  Brand-new, unused items with the original brand tag attached. Original box, dust bag or additional accessories may be missing, as the item is considered pre-owned.
• Like new
  Pre-owned items that may have been worn once or twice but remain in the exact same condition as a new item.
• Very good
  Pre-owned items in excellent condition, showing only minimal and barely noticeable signs of wear.
• Good
  Pre-owned items in good condition, with visible signs of wear or minor imperfections.

Items Not Accepted by Mazzaroti

Mazzaroti does not accept, under any circumstances:

• Items that are not authentic;
• Items that are heavily damaged or excessively worn;
• Items missing mandatory original labels (size, brand, and composition);
• Items from brands not approved by Mazzaroti;
• Clothing or accessories showing pilling, colour fading, stains, unpleasant odours, tears, or missing or damaged components (buttons, zippers, etc.);
• Items that do not fall within the categories commercialised by Mazzaroti;
• Items that do not meet the brand’s quality standards and image.
