What it is?
Credit+ allows you to sell your item to Mazzaroti and receive the value as store credit to use on a future purchase, benefiting from added value.
Ideal for those who want to exchange one item for another and obtain more value for their piece.
● Mazzaroti evaluates your item and defines a base value;
● This amount is converted into Mazzaroti store credit;
● The credit value depends on when it is used:
use within 7 days -> +15% on the base value;
use from day 8 up to 6 months -> +10% on the base value
● The credit must be used in a single purchase;
● If the purchase amount is less than the credit amount, the remaining balance is lost;
● Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
If your item is valued at €500
⇾ Credit used within 7 days → €575 in credit;
⇾ Credit used from day 8 onward → €550 in credit.
CONSIGN
Consignment sale, without urgency
What it is?
With Consign, your item is sold through Mazzaroti while you retain ownership
until the sale is completed.
Ideal for those who want time to sell and aim for the best possible price.
● The item is evaluated and listed for sale by Mazzaroti;
● We handle photography, promotion, management, and buyer communication;
● Payment is made once the item has been sold and paid for by the buyer.
● The item remains on sale for a defined period;
● Progressive discounts may be applied over time, with your prior knowledge;
● This option is designed to maximise value and find the right buyer.
You consign a formal evening dress. Mazzaroti lists the item, manages the entire process, and once the dress is sold and paid for, you receive the agreed amount — without dealing with ads, messages, or shipping.
CASH NOW
Direct sale with payment after verification
What it is?
Cash Now is the option for those who want to sell quickly and receive payment directly.
Ideal for those seeking quick liquidity, with a clear and professional process.
● You send us images and details of the item;
● Mazzaroti conducts an initial assessment and submits a purchase offer;
● If you accept, the item must be sent to Mazzaroti.
● Payment is made only after the item is received, its condition is confirmed against the images provided, and authenticity is verified;
● Once validated, payment is processed directly.
You send photos of a luxury handbag. Mazzaroti evaluates it, presents an offer, and after receiving and authenticating the item, you receive payment — without a consignment period.
