  Product Condition

  New with warranty – These are completely new items, which have never been purchased by the end customer and which have all the accessories and original sales tags.

  New with Tag – Brand-new item that has never been used and still has the original brand tag. It may not have the original box/bag or other accessories as it is a second-hand item.

  As good as new – Second-hand item, which despite having been used once or twice, looks exactly the same as new.

  Very Good – Second-hand item that is highly regarded. Shows only slight wear (almost imperceptible).

  Good – Second-hand item that, despite being well-preserved, has some defects and/or wear.

  Acceptable – Very frequently used second-hand item that has clearly visible defects and/or wear.

  DELIVERIES

  Expected deadline in working days:

  Portugal (Continental): 3 days
  Portugal (Madeira and Azores): 4-5 days
  Europe: 4-8 days
  Rest of the world:  6-10 days

  On backorder

  Items sold on backorder take 12-15 business days in addition to the shipping time for items in stock.

  These deadlines are merely indicative.

  Return:

  The customer has a period of 14 consecutive days to make the return from the day he received the item.

  When returning a purchase, the customer will have to pay the return costs. However, will be entitled to a refund of the item's purchase price and shipping costs.

  Returns will only be accepted if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was sent and with all its accessories and tags.

  Free shipping:

  All shipping is free from €500 to Europe and from €1000 to the rest of the world. For shipments under €500 (Europe) or €1000 (rest of the world), first enter your selection in the shopping cart and fill in your address.
