ITEMS ACCEPTED BY MAZZAROTI

1. Authentic items (We do not accept fakes or replicas);
2. International brand items;
3. Wallets, bags, clothing, accessories (sunglasses, gloves, scarves, hats, belts, etc.) and footwear for woman.
4. Items whose status is within the following quality status:
   • New with warranty – These are completely new items, which were never purchased by the end customer and which have all the original accessories and sales tags.
   • New with tag – Brand new item that has never been used and still has the original brand tag. It may not have the original box/bag or other accessories as it is a second-hand item.
   • Good as new – Second-hand item, which despite having been used once or twice, looks exactly the same as new.
   • Very good – Second-hand item that is highly regarded. Shows only slight wear (almost imperceptible).
   • Good – Second-hand item that despite being well appreciated, has some defects.
   • Acceptable – A second-hand item that is used very often and that has clearly visible defects.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY MAZZAROTI

• Items that are not authentic;
• Items very damaged;
• Items without tags (all items must have the original tags: size, brand and composition);
• Brands that are not approved by Mazzaroti;
• Clothes with pills, worn color, stains, missing or damaged (buttons, zipper pants or other), frayed or torn clothes;
• Items with bad odor.
• Items that do not fit into the articles sold by Mazzaroti.
