Winner
1. One (1) winner will be chosen for the competition.
2. The winner will be selected on the basis of points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the "Participation Mechanics".
3. The winner will be chosen at random.
Prize
1. The winner of the competition will receive the following prize: 1 (one) Gift Card worth 60€. The prize may not be substituted or passed on to another person.
2. The Gift Card is valid from January 16th to February 20th.
3. You can only use the voucher for a single purchase.
4. Shipping costs are not included in the offer.
5. You can use the voucher on ALL items on the site.
Participant requirements

General
1. Mazzaroti reserves the right not to accept entries that do not comply with the rules of these regulations or to disqualify participants who intend to pursue a purpose contrary to the law. Participants who engage in behavior that is immoral, obscene, defamatory, offensive or likely to cause damage or harm any third party rights, as well as any suspicion of fraudulent participation, will also be disqualified.
2. The mere fact of taking part in the competition implies acceptance of the regulations in their entirety by the participants.
3. Mazzaroti reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel this competition in situations of force majeure, without any compensation to participants.
4. Mazzaroti is solely responsible for the running of this competition, including but not limited to responsibility for the processing of personal data and compliance with applicable legislation.
5. Mazzaroti is not responsible for situations beyond its control, arising from the malfunctioning of the platform (Instagram) and causing technical difficulties.

Vencedor
1. Será eleito 1 (um) vencedor para o passatempo.
2. O vencedor será selecionado em relação ao já exposto nos pontos 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 da “Mecânica De Participação”.
3. O vencedor será escolhido aleatoriamente.
Prémio
1. O vencedor do passatempo, recebe o seguinte prémio: 1 (um) Gift Card no valor de 60€. O prémio não poderá ser substituído ou transmitido a outra pessoa.
2. O Gift Card tem validade de 16 de janeiro a 20 de fevereiro.
3. Só poderá utilizar o vale numa única compra.
4. O valor dos portes de envio não estão incluídos na oferta.

A Mazzaroti reserva-se ao direito de não aceitar participações que não respeitem as normas do presente regulamento ou desclassificar os participantes que se destinem a prosseguir fim contrário à lei. Também serão desclassificados os participantes que adotem comportamentos imorais, obscenos, difamatórios, ofensivos ou suscetíveis de acarretar algum prejuízo ou lesar quaisquer direitos de terceiros, assim como qualquer suspeita de participação fraudulenta.
2. O simples facto de participar no passatempo implica a aceitação do regulamento na sua totalidade por parte dos participantes.
3. A Mazzaroti reserva-se ao direito de alterar, suspender ou cancelar este passatempo, em situações de força maior, sem que tal implique qualquer indemnização aos participantes.
4. A realização do presente passatempo é da exclusiva responsabilidade da Mazzaroti, incluindo, mas sem limitação, a responsabilidade pelo tratamento de dados pessoais e cumprimento da legislação aplicável.
5. A Mazzaroti não se responsabiliza por situações alheias ao seu controlo, provenientes do mau funcionamento da plataforma (Instagram) e que provoquem dificuldades técnicas.
