1. Complete the “Submit Item” form. Mazzaroti will analyze and respond in less than 24 hours if your item can be sold at Mazzaroti or not. See here the item requirements.
2. After receiving a positive response and reaching an agreement on the sale price, you can ask Mazzaroti to proceed with the gather of your item/s. The gather is Free (for 10 items or more) , or if you prefer, you can send the item to our office.
3. After receiving each item, Mazzaroti is responsible for:
   • Analyze the authenticity of the item (Mazzaroti does not accept falsification ou replicas), if it is not authentic, the seller can choose between paying the collection and return value (11.50€*) or donating to institutions;
   • Proceed with its description and assign its quality status on the Mazzaroti website;
   • Also publish on partner sites (free of charge for the seller) and on Mazzaroti's social networks;
   • All item photos;
   • Negotiation with customers (if applicable);
   • Cleaning and sanitizing items;
   • Sale of the item.
4. After each sale, Mazzaroti will proceed with the payment previously agreed with the seller within 20 working days. The agreed value will always be the value of the publication subtracting the Mazzaroti's commission. If the sale is made to a Mazzaroti sales partner, payment will be made within 38 working days.
